Long History of Archery in Somerset and Region
Our archery club has existed since 1955 - which demonstrates how long archery has been popular with many in the local area.
In the club archives there are many interesting stories. Including snippets on the variety of competitions that the club both organised and its members were also involved in over the years.
Indeed these competition archives also show that there also many other archery clubs in the region, some of whom are also still around!

1992 Shoots
This archive shows what a busy year it was at the West Somerset Company of Archers during 1992. The club had a number of shoots offering a huge variety of shooting rounds. As anyone who has been involved with archery for a while will know there are many different rounds that are possible.
